1.1: The TechEquity - G20 EMPOWER Digital Inclusion Platform is a self- learning, virtual platform dedicated for providing women with skills and knowledge which may be required in today's technology driven world. The mission is to provide a global platform where women can access high- quality digital education, learn new skills, and remain updated on some of the latest e-learning opportunities. As a non-profit initiative, we do not charge any fees from our uses for accessing the courses shared on our platform.
1.2: The platform endorses only free and self-paced. The courses are publicly available and hosted on individual platforms. Our goal is to disseminate information and facilitate access to these valuable learning resources.
1.3: The policy seeks to explain the general terms of The TechEquity - G20 EMPOWER Digital Inclusion Platform (Here “TechEquity - G20 EMPOWER platform”, “we,” “us” or “our”). Regarding the collection and processing of your personal data by us and to inform you that your personal data is being processed by or on behalf of The TechEquity - G20 EMPOWER Digital Inclusion platform. 3.3: Your camera will be accessed for taking a photograph under the Selfie Booth section of the platform. These photographs will be stored on our cloud storage to help you share their preview on your social media accounts including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and WhatsApp through our platform. Under no circumstances the photograph data will be accessed or shared by/with any third-party, without your explicit consent
3.4: We will be processing your personal data you may provide, for the following purposes.
- For purposes of completing the registration process.
- Provide you with information and/or the latest updates on our business activities.
- For managing and administering the Platform’s internal records.
- Communicating with you and responding to any of your comments or enquiries.
- Conduct research, study, assessment, survey and/or prepare reports/statistics for purpose of The TechEquity - G20 EMPOWER Digital Inclusion platform business activities.

5.2: The e-learning content hosted on the TechEquity - G20 EMPOWER Digital Inclusion Platform has been moderately reviewed by an independent member committee and actions have been taken to try and ensure gender inclusiveness and bias mitigation. Under no circumstances should we be held responsible for any kind of inappropriate or offensive content that a user may find in any of these externally sourced e-learning content.
5.3: The e-learning content hosted on the TechEquity - G20 EMPOWER Digital Inclusion Platform has been moderately reviewed by an independent member committee and actions have been taken to try and ensure gender inclusiveness and bias mitigation. Under no circumstances should we be held responsible for any kind of inappropriate or offensive content that a user may find in any of these externally sourced e-learning content.
5.4: While we provide links to various courses, that are hosted on third- party platforms, thus users should independently verify the content and credibility of these courses directly with the respective platforms. TechEquity is not responsible for any personal information shared by users on third-party platforms. Additionally, TechEquity does not control the manner in which courses are taught or organized on these external platforms. Users are encouraged to review the policies and practices of these third parties regarding content delivery and personal data management. TechEquity disclaims any liability for the actions or omissions of such platforms.
5.5: TechEquity does not control or endorse the content provided by these external platforms. TechEquity does not assume any responsibility or liability for the quality of the content or acceptability of the certificates provided by the respective course providers.
5.6: (Content Rights): All rights to the course content remain with the original creators and respective platforms. TechEquity acts as a conduit to share and promote these publicly available resources for the benefit of our users.
5.7: (Course Catalogue) Majority of the courses available on the G20 TechEquity platform have been curated with the consent of the respective content creator organizations. However, some courses have been shared by aggregator platforms working on the same vision or sourced from publicly available websites and platforms with no intention or attempt to infringe upon any copyright content.
5.8: All course content remains the property of the original creators and platforms. G20 TechEquity serves solely as a conduit, directing users to the original sites for access.
5.9: The platform directs users to the original source without reproducing or distributing the content itself. The majority of the content showcased is freely accessible, and there is no attempt to display or misappropriate the content in a manner that typically constitutes an infringement of copyrighted content. The content is merely referenced through hyperlinking and not shared as the platform's individual asset or property.
5.10: The Platform upholds the highest ethical standards and adheres to global copyright laws. If the source website or content creator of the courses requires prior consent or has any restrictions on hyperlinking that have been overlooked, they must notify the TechEquity support team. The support team will review the terms and, if necessary, alter or remove the hyperlink within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 6 months.
6.1: No license (express or implied, or otherwise) to any intellectual property rights is granted by this platform.
6.2: We respect the intellectual property rights of our Content Providers, users, and other third parties and expect our users to do the same when using the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
